Most plumbing pipe is embedded in walls, ceilings or slab, so the problem usually shows up far from where it started. We locate before we demolish — pressure isolation, acoustic and thermal leak detection, camera inspection of drain lines — and then open only what needs to be opened. It costs less and puts the house back together faster.
