What this website collects
This site is a static website. It does not set advertising cookies, does not run third-party analytics, and does not share data with advertising networks. The only personal data we receive is what you type into the contact form and send to us: your name, e-mail address, optional phone number, the service you selected, and the description of your project.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare an estimate.
- To carry out a contract if you decide to work with us.
- To meet record-keeping obligations that apply to licensed contractors.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Project records are retained for the period required by Florida contracting, tax and warranty rules.
Who we share it with
Only the people who need it to answer you: our own staff, and — where the work requires it — subcontractors, engineers or the building department. We do not sell personal data.
Your choices
You can ask us to send you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by writing to [email protected]. You can unsubscribe from our occasional build notes at any time using the link in the message.
Local storage
The site may store small preferences in your browser (for example which tab you last opened) to improve your experience. That data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.
